It includes spaces for party tents, catering, staff accommodations and beautiful guests suites. The building has a total of 12 bedrooms as well as a gourmet kitchen with a butler’s pantry, an office, a wine cellar, a tasting room, a gym, a pilot’s quarter, an outdoor entertaining area, a pool and a guest house. All the other rooms are beautiful and tastefully decorated. The office features an Andy Warhol painting and throughout the house there’s also a contemporary art collection displayed in various spaces. Outside there’s a beautiful patio with a pizza oven and an entertainment area. There’s an infinity edge pool and a hot tub and a stream that runs under a wooden bridge.
